About

Hi! I’m Frankie, a 23 year old young professional STILL adjusting to the real world (any tips??)

I started this blog my senior year of college to prove that is was possible to live a healthy lifestyle on a college sized budget. Now that I’ve graduated and joined the corporate world, the focus of this blog has shifted slightly to share my passion for food and nutrition (still on a budget) with just about everyone who will listen.

So what you’ll find here is a little inspiration to take your health into your hands with

  1. Real meal plans on a budget that don’t require a ton of time or money to actually prepare
  2. Tips on how to maximize your precious weekend time to get prepared for a busy week ahead while STILL maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
  3. Reassurance that life is not always pinterest quality… Real healthy meals don’t always have to be presented on square white plates are garnished with adorable tooth picks. Atleast once a week I’ll show you what I eat on a daily basis. I’ll show you what real food meals look like on any given day and won’t be scared to admit to occasionally eating and entire bag of potato chips or pint of ice cream…

Sound interesting? Go ahead and put your email in the box to the right and you’ll never miss a post 🙂

Hi I’m Christine (Sandi’s sister) You know Sandi and Stan. Sandi introduced me to your blog. I really wanted to try the coffee coolata and I did, today was the day. I had it with my breakfast this morning. I made the ice cubes ahead of time, and used Stan.s homemade maple syrup. I am still enjoying it. I really like your blog. Going to be trying another recipe this week, Ill let you know how it turns out. Chris
